Editorial guidelines

Read this before you write. It saves both of us a round of edits.

Please do

  • Write original work that has not been published anywhere else, including your own blog.
  • Cite a reputable source for every health claim — a study, a review, or guidance from a body such as the WHO, ICMR, NHS or CDC.
  • Write plainly, for a reader who is worried rather than academic.
  • Use clear H2 sub-headings — the table of contents is built from them.
  • Say when the evidence is weak, mixed or preliminary.
  • Tell us who you are and why you can write about this.

Please do not

  • Promise a cure, a guaranteed result, or a treatment that "doctors do not want you to know about".
  • Discourage readers from seeking proper medical care.
  • Send AI-generated filler, spun text, or an article rebuilt from someone else's.
  • Link to gambling, adult content, unlicensed pharmacies or unapproved treatments.
  • Stack links in the author bio, or use exact-match commercial anchors throughout.
  • Ask us to drop the sponsored disclosure. That one is not negotiable.

How it works

  1. Pitch

Send the topic and the angle through the form below. No full draft needed yet.

  2. Agree

We reply within two working days with a yes, a no, or a suggested change of angle, plus the price for the tier you want.

  3. Write and edit

You send the draft; we edit for accuracy, structure and readability, and come back with anything that needs a source.

  4. Publish

Usually three to five working days after the draft is settled. You get the live URL, and the placement is permanent.

Questions we get asked

What kind of health articles do you accept?

Practical, well-sourced writing across nutrition, fitness, weight management, mental health, home remedies, common conditions and women's and men's health. The test is simple: would a reader be better off after reading it? Thin listicles built around a link are declined.

Do you check medical claims?

Yes. Health claims need a citation to a reputable source — a peer-reviewed study, a systematic review, or guidance from a body such as the WHO, ICMR, NHS, CDC or a national medical association. Anything that reads as a cure claim, promises a specific outcome, or discourages proper medical care will be edited out or the piece declined.

How long does publication take?

We reply to pitches within two working days. Once a draft is agreed, editing and publication usually take three to five working days.

What links are allowed?

One or two contextual links to a relevant, working page, depending on the tier. No links to gambling, adult content, unlicensed pharmacies, or anything selling a supplement or treatment with a medical claim attached. Links are placed where they make sense in the text, not stacked in the author bio.

Is the post marked as sponsored?

Paid placements carry a visible disclosure. Whether outbound links are do-follow is agreed per tier; the disclosure itself is not negotiable, because readers are entitled to know.

Can I send an article I have already published elsewhere?

No. Everything we publish has to be original and not appear anywhere else, including on your own blog or on AI content mills. We check.

Do you remove posts later?

Placements are permanent. We will correct factual errors at any time, and we reserve the right to remove anything that turns out to breach these guidelines.

Pitch us an article

Tell us what you want to write about and why our readers would want it. One or two paragraphs is plenty — no need for a full draft yet.

We use what you send here only to reply to your pitch.
