A Guide to Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile Dysfunction is an abnormality with the genitalia of males that can include multiple issues that will be discussed below. Erectile dysfunction is often misconstrued as Impotence or the lack of ability to have children. Although, Impotence is a part of Erectile Dysfunction, not all erectile dysfunctions include Impotence. It’s a common misconception that people believe in and it can have serious issues if they mix up medication for the two separate dysfunctions.

Not all erectile dysfunctions can be treated the same way with the same medication as each person’s biological makeup is completely unique. For some, they can only take a 10 mg pill of Cialis, once or twice a week. While others take 2 mg pill everyday according to their bodies and types of erectile dysfunction as well as the severity of it. Two different prescriptions cannot be mixed, they can cause issues in your body and cause the problems to become worst.

Also, a misconception about ED and Impotence is that the medication for all types of ED can cause impotence. If you have Impotence, there is a strong chance that it maybe due to the sperm count or the lack thereof, whereas erectile dysfunction is basically any abnormality with the erectile chambers or genitalia relating to sexual activities. Impotence can be cured in some cases but there are rare instances where they are inapplicable and permanent impotence can become likely. Impotence does have its own medication relating to release and sperms, accordingly. However, this medication is not the same as Erectile Dysfunction, it’s important to keep in mind that the doctor’s prescription is extremely important when taking any of these medications.

Erectile Dysfunction Types:

  • Ischemic Priapism (Low Flow)

Ischemic Priapism or Low flow is the issue where an erection can last until you seek medical attention to have it deflated, the procedure is quite difficult and painful. Ischemic Priapism is caused by the blockage of blood inside the erectile chamber so that it cannot leave, which can cause a long erection without any release.

You will need to check into a hospital if your erection lasts over 4 hours as this is not healthy and can get extremely painful and sensitive for the patient. This does not include erections that go down but come back, this is for continuous erections.

Treatment for Ischemic Priapism

Ischemic Priapism is treated in three steps depending on the conditions, the first two being the most painful.

Step 1 – Blood drawl

As the erection chamber needs to become flaccid again, before continuing, it is normally important to use a syringe through the opening in the penis to withdraw blood with a needle. It can be quite painful but it is a necessary step.

Step 2 – Injection / Medication

The first part helps the penis become relaxed, then another injection is inserted the same way to inject medication into the genitalia. This allows the medication to act exactly where it needs to. This process can be three-day period before the erectile chambers get fixed. If this does not help fully there are two different ways it can go depending on the type of issue.

Step 3 – Therapy or Surgery

Now if you have been getting better, you only need some physical therapy in some cases to help you get better. While on the other hand there is a chance that you may need to get surgery if it is not getting better.

  • Non-Ischemic Priapism (High Flow)

The High flow or Non-Ischemic Priapism is not as painful but it can have a higher possibility of impotence. This can be caused due to low blood pressure and the lack of blood entering the erectile chambers. The erections can be weak due to the issues with certain elements of the body. The erectile dysfunction of this kind is not completely described as lack of erection, it can also be weak erections, no ejaculation, late ejaculation or premature ejaculation.

Treatment

If you are looking to do better in your sexual life, it is important to increase your blood circulation in the healthy way. There are medical options, according to UK Pharmacy Meds, the best medication for erectile dysfunction is Cialis, it has the least amount of volatility. They also suggest however to regulate your diet and start exercise.

Whatever good medication maybe, there is one important thing to note, never take Cialis with nitrates. Any heard medication can react with Cialis as they both essentially do the same thing and it can shock the heart into an attack or a stroke.

Also, do not go buying Cialis Online (cialis compra online) before consulting a doctor, either on the pharmacy website or in real life. Prescriptions are extremely important and you need to use the doctor’s given prescription on any given drug otherwise it is not worth it.

Causes

The causes of Non-Ischemic Priapism are generally related to heart issues or blood pressure. Most of the time weaker heart can cause the blood flow to be slow and that can make it hard to sustain an erection. Erection is caused when there is a high blood pressure in the body created through stimulation that can circulate the erectile chambers to cause an erection. When the blood pressure is low due to a weakness of heart as it cannot pump properly, the erection cannot be sustained properly or for a longer period of time.

Erectile dysfunction can also be an issue of lack in stamina, if you do not have the physical prowess to allow your body healthy circulation, there is a chance it can affect your erections. Another cause can be a bad diet, if you eat too much of the things that neutralise blood flow or testosterone production, there can be an issue with the erection periods, such as coriander.
